As oil & gas continues on its digital transformation path, the industry’s majors, EPCs, refineries, pipeline operators, drilling contractors, and system integrators gather together at the Oil & Gas Automation and Digitalization Congress (AUTOMA) to address the sector’s most relevant digital issues.

Co-hosted by OMV Petrom, the AUTOMA Congress is a meeting place for the decision-makers of Upstream, Midstream and Downstream sectors of the oil & gas industry. 

Taking place in Bucharest, Romania, from 4-5 October 2021, the Congress focuses on digitalisation and automation of the oil & gas industry.

Keeping up to speed with expanding quantities of data

With an unstopping digital proliferation throughout oil & gas operations, the industry is in need of technologies with capacities sufficient enough to support the ability to maintain constantly growing amounts of data. Recent years were marked by an extensive introduction of digital and automation technologies into all sectors of the oil & gas industry.
