Hybrid technology solutions provider Distec has announced it will be exhibiting some of the firm’s key technologies at this year’s Smart Factory Expo in Liverpool. Together with partner Red Lion®, Distec will present solutions for digitalisation, OT/IT convergence, and operational data visualisation.

 

Now in its seventh year, the Smart Factory Expo – running from 16–17 November at the Liverpool exhibition centre – brings together industry leaders from across the world and the technologies that enable the digital manufacturing revolution under one roof. It is a carefully curated shop window for manufacturers at all stages of their digital journey. 

Red Lion, a global expert in communication, monitoring and control for industrial automation and networking, together with Distec, a specialist hybrid technology solutions provider, can be found on stand G24 where attendees can learn about Red Lion’s solutions for achieving OT/IT convergence, using IIoT solutions that collect and visualise operational data, enhancing smart decision-making.

   

 What’s on show? 

Distec and Red lion will be exhibiting a number of technologies including the Red Lion® FlexEdge® Edge Automation platform with the Red Lion® Crimson® software, which offers the ability to connect multiple generations and multiple brand technologies together.
