2018MIECF – Fostering international green development and co-operation

A series of activities such as a Green Showcase, Green Forum, Green Business Co-operation Day, Green Matching and various other exclusive networking events will be held during 2018MIECF (Macao International Environmental Co-operation Forum & Exhibition) when the premier event returns from 12-14 April this year.
Participants are expected to foster unparalleled opportunities via the premier event, through reinforcing the exchange and co-operation of environmental protection industries among the Belt and Road region, Pan-Pearl River Delta region, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay area, Portuguese-speaking countries and European countries.
Since 2011, MIECF has been a ‘UFI Approved Event’ – as awarded by The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry – and last year the show was bestowed with the ‘Conference & Exhibition Excellence Award’ in Macao.

The latest green products and technologies
Throughout the premier event, exhibitors will showcase the latest innovative green products and technologies focused towards tackling air, water and soil pollution, as well as shining a spotlight on solutions for building eco-cities on the MIECF Green Showcase platform. With ‘Eco-Cities’ being the main theme of 2018MIECF, a special showcase of related products and solutions will be highlighted at the aforementioned Green Showcase. Meanwhile, the well-received ‘Green Building Pavilion’ aims to provide professional visitors from all over the world with the experience of cutting-edge and specialised green building technology and solutions, alongside helping to foster Green Building development in the region through industry networking events.

Green Matching Service Platform
Green Matching is available on the online platform, and delivers an effective matching service among the exhibitors and trade visitors.
Meanwhile, a Hosted Buyer Program provides business-matching opportunities for exhibitors to meet their potential buyers, which helps to expand the business network.
The feature offers the opportunity to meet potential buyers from government departments and various industries, particularly local hotels and resorts, who have a high demand and purchasing power for energy-efficient products and solutions.
It also offers many networking opportunities with industry leaders, policy- and decision-makers at high profile networking events and conference.
